Cause of occurrence

(1) There is water or oil in the conductor core

(2) The core wire is too heavy and comes into partial contact with the mold core, causing a drop in temperature and local cooling of the plastic. Due to the stretching of the plastic, it leads to disconnection or breakage of the adhesive.

(3) The quality of semi-finished products is poor, such as loose steel belts and plastic belts, and the joints are not firm or too large.

Exclusion method

(1) The mold selection should be larger, especially for the sheathed mold, which should be enlarged by 6 to 8mm.

(2) Appropriately reduce the length and thickness of the mold core mouth.

(3) Reduce the speed of the screw and the traction.

(4) Appropriately increase the control temperature of the die head.
