The main function of the shielding layer is to protect the current or signal from external electromagnetic interference, and to prevent the electromagnetic field generated by itself during use from interfering with the surrounding environment and causing current flow faults.

When the short-circuit current exceeds a certain value, the effective cross-sectional area value of the second layer of 0.12 mm copper strip cannot reach the maximum effective cross-sectional area value that can be achieved by winding copper wire.


Taking all the above into consideration, the shielding effect of copper wire is much better than that of other shielding methods, and its continuity is reliable. Therefore, copper wire shielded cables can be selected.
