修补方法：
一、设备：具有自动控温、定时和多规格管状模腔的小型压力设备。
二、胶料：与所补电线的线材一致，并且含胶量要高于被补材料，硫化体系略强。
三、操作方法：
1、按照胶料的硫化体系设定温度和时间
2、用橡胶用油墨稀释剂檫洗修补处，特别是结合处要充分处理。
3、根据缺口的大小适量剪取修补胶料，注意不能偏多或偏少，
4、将剪好的胶料塞在缺口处，注意胶料不要高于电线圆周面。
5、用耐高温PP带包好。并将其放入比线径略小的管状模腔里，锁紧上下模，让所补位置具有一定的压力。注意模腔直径比线径略小0.1~0.2mm。
6、待硫化时间到，取出产品，如有少量胶料溢出，用锋利刀片修尽，并用稀释剂檫尽即可。
四、验证方法：
将适量空气压入所补电线并置于水中，见有无漏气现象即可判定好坏。
