Cross-linked insulated power cable

This product is applicable to power transmission systems with a rated voltage of 220kV and is used for transmitting electrical energy. The product complies with the standard GB/T 18890.2-2015, rated voltage 220kV(Um=252kV) cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables and their accessories - Part 2: Cables.

Non-longitudinal water-blocking type cables are suitable for indoor use, tunnels, cable trenches or direct burial underground, and can withstand certain mechanical external forces and certain tensile forces.

1、峰值额定温度

电缆导体长期允许峰值工作温度为90℃，短时过负载峰值工作温度为130℃，短路时（短路时间为5s）峰值工作温度为250℃。

2、电缆敷设时不受落差限制，敷设时环境温度不低于0℃，如环境温度低于0℃，应对电缆预热。

3、电缆安装时弯曲半径应不小于电缆外径的20倍。

4、电缆安装时的轴向峰值允许牵引力T（不考虑转弯处的径向侧压力）

导体：  T=K×导体截面（kg）

铝护套：T=K×铝护套截面（kg）

式中系数K值为，铜导体K=7kg/mm2，铝导体K=4kg/mm2，铝护套K=2kg/mm2。
