Overhead insulated cable

Overhead cables with a rated voltage of 1kV can be used in systems where the duration of each single-phase ground fault generally does not exceed 1 minute. It can also be used in systems where each time does not exceed 8 hours and the annual cumulative time does not exceed 125 hours.

Rated cables of 1kV and below overhead insulated cables have the advantages of good resistance to atmospheric aging, high mechanical strength, durability, wear resistance, and good flame retardancy. Their insulation capacity and water resistance can meet the requirements of low-voltage power grids. They are suitable for overhead fixed installation and incoming lines in low-voltage power grid renovations. During operation, the cables are allowed to come into frequent contact with trees.

1、额定电压U为1kV及以下。

2、电缆导体的长期允许工作温度：

聚氯乙烯绝缘、聚乙烯绝缘应不超过70℃；交联聚乙烯绝缘应不超过90℃。

3、电缆的敷设温蒂应不低于-20℃。

4、电缆外径（D）小于25mm的电缆，弯曲半径不小于4D。电缆外径（D）大于或等于25mm的电缆，弯曲半径应不小于6D。
