Aluminum alloy power cable

Aluminum alloy core power cable is a new type of material power cable made of rare earth high-speed iron aluminum alloy for electrical use as the conductor, and manufactured by advanced technologies such as special pressing process and annealing treatment. Aluminum alloy core power cables make up for the shortcomings of pure aluminum cables in the past, greatly improving the bending performance, creep resistance and corrosion resistance of the cables, and can ensure that the cables maintain stable continuous performance under long-term overload and overheating. The electrical conductivity of aluminium alloy is 61.8% of that of the most commonly used reference material, copper IACS, and its current-carrying capacity is 79% of that of copper, which is superior to the pure aluminium standard. Under the same volume, the actual weight of aluminium alloy is approximately one third that of copper. Therefore, when the current-carrying capacity is the same, the weight of aluminum alloy core cables is approximately half that of copper core cables. Replacing copper core cables with aluminum alloy core cables can reduce the weight of the cables, lower installation costs, decrease the wear and tear of equipment and cables, and make the installation work easier.

单芯电缆：无铠装电缆安装时弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的20倍，有铠装电缆安装时弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的15倍。

多芯电缆：无铠装电缆安装时弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的15倍，有铠装电缆安装时弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的12倍。

联锁铠装电缆：安装时弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的7倍。
