Round overhead conductor

This product is suitable for overhead power lines. It features a simple structure, convenient erection and maintenance, low line cost, large transmission capacity, and is conducive to laying across rivers and valleys and other special geographical conditions. It also has good electrical conductivity, sufficient mechanical strength, high tensile strength, and the distance between tower poles can be increased. It is widely applied in overhead power transmission and distribution lines of various voltage levels.

1、架空导线的设计安全系数不得小于2.5，避雷线的安全系数应大于导线的安全系数。

2、线路上钢芯铝绞线的平均运行应力上限达到破坏应力的22%时，在线夹处应加装护条；当达到破坏应力的25%时，应再加装防震锤。

3、电力线路的设计应考虑导线蠕变的影响，用降温法安装予以补偿，以免导线因对地距离不足而发生事故。

4、架线时优先采用张力放线，并采取措施防止导线磨伤和擦伤。

5、放线滑轮的槽底直径应大于导线外径的15倍，以免弯曲应力过大。

6、要注意导线的连接质量，连接管口的股线不得鼓包，否则受力不均易引起断股。

7、同一档距内的导线弧垂应力要求相同，紧线后应立即进行附件安装，以免导线损伤。

8、线夹的U形螺栓应拧紧，但不宜用力过大，以免局部应力集中引起断股。

9、当导线发生严重覆冰或雷击跳闸后，应对导线巡视检查，如有异常应及时排除。

10、如导线受到损伤，当单股损伤深度大于直径的50%时，须采取补强措施。
