Flame-retardant control cable

Plastic insulated (shielded) control cables are suitable for control, monitoring circuits and protection lines with an AC rated voltage of U0/U of 450/750V and below, and are used as control wiring between electrical equipment.

The main feature of flame-retardant cables is that they are not easy to catch fire or, if they do, the flame spread is only limited to a certain range. They are suitable for occasions with high requirements for flame-retardant performance.

The main feature of fire-resistant control cables is that they can not only transmit electricity under normal working conditions but also maintain normal operation for a certain period of time when on fire. They are suitable for applications where fire resistance is required.

阻燃型：

根据GB/T19666标准规定，阻燃型电缆在普通型号前加ZA、ZB、ZC、ZD。

1、额定电压U0/U为450/750V。

2、电缆导体的长期允许工作温度不超过70℃。

3、电缆敷设温度应不低于0℃，推荐的允许弯曲半径如下：无铠装层的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的12倍。有屏蔽层结构的软电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。

4、阻燃电缆（电线）的阻燃性能应通过GB/T18380、IEC60332成束电线电缆燃烧试验。        

5、耐火电缆（电线）的耐火性能应通过GB/T19216.21、IEC60331规定的耐火试验。
