It is applicable to power devices, household appliances, instruments and telecommunication equipment with an AC voltage of 300/500V and below.

Flame-retardant cables (wires) are characterized by being less likely to catch fire or having a slower flame spread after catching fire and being able to control it within a certain range. They are used in situations where high flame-retardant performance is required. Flame-retardant cables (wires) are classified into four categories: Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D, among which Class A has the best flame-retardant performance.

The characteristic of fire-resistant cables (wires) is that they can not only transmit electricity under normal working conditions but also maintain safe operation for a certain period of time even when burning. They are used in situations where there are high requirements for the fire resistance of cables. Different types of fire-resistant cables can be selected according to different requirements.

Halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cables are characterized by not only flame retardant performance but also low smoke emission and harmlessness (with relatively low toxicity and corrosiveness). They are suitable for places with special requirements for cable flame retardancy, smoke density, toxicity index, etc., such as subways, hospitals, schools, tunnels, nuclear power plants, etc.

U0/U is 300/300V and 300/500V respectively.

2. The long-term allowable temperature of the cable is ----. The allowable operating temperature of model 90 does not exceed 90℃. The allowable operating temperature for other models should not exceed 70℃.

3. The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0℃.

4. Allowable bending radius:

When the outer diameter (D) of the cable is less than 25mm, the bending radius should not be less than 4D

For cables with an outer diameter (D) of 25mm or more, the bending radius should be no less than 6D.

5. The flame retardant performance of flame-retardant cables (wires) shall pass the combustion test for bundled wires and cables as stipulated in GB/T18380 and IEC60332.

The fire resistance performance of fire-resistant cables (wires) shall pass the fire resistance tests as stipulated in GB/T19216.21 and IEC60331.
