This product is applicable to power transmission systems with a rated voltage of 500kV and is used for transmitting electrical energy. The product complies with the rated voltage of 500kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable.
Non-longitudinal water-blocking type cables are suitable for indoor use, tunnels, cable trenches or direct burial underground, and can withstand certain mechanical external forces and certain tensile forces.
Cables with longitudinal water-blocking function are suitable for indoor use, tunnels, cable trenches or direct burial underground. They can be used in damp environments and places with high groundwater levels, and can withstand certain mechanical external forces and tensile forces.

YJLW02, YJLLW02 - Cross-linked polyethylene insulated corrugated aluminum sheathed or welded corrugated aluminum sheathed polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cables
YJLW03, YJLLW03 - Cross-linked polyethylene insulated corrugated aluminum sheathed or welded corrugated aluminum sheathed polyethylene sheathed power cables
YJLW02-Z, YJLLW02-Z - Cross-linked polyethylene insulated corrugated aluminum sheathed or welded corrugated aluminum sheathed polyvinyl chloride sheathed longitudinal water-blocking power cables
YJLW03-Z, YJLLW03-Z - Cross-linked polyethylene insulated corrugated aluminum sheathed or welded corrugated aluminum sheathed polyethylene sheathed longitudinal water-blocking power cables
1. Peak rated temperature
The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 90℃, the short-term overload operating temperature shall not exceed 130℃, and the operating temperature during short circuit (short circuit time of 5 seconds) shall not exceed 250℃.
2. When laying cables, there is no limit on the drop. The ambient temperature during laying should not be lower than 0℃. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the cables should be preheated.
When installing cables, the bending radius should be no less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cables.
4. The axial peak allowable traction force T during cable installation (excluding the radial lateral pressure at the turning point)
Conductor: T=K× Conductor Cross-section (kg)
Aluminum sheath: T=K× Cross-section of aluminum sheath (kg)
In the formula, the coefficient K values are as follows: for copper conductors, K=7kg/mm ²; for aluminum conductors, K=4kg/mm ²; and for aluminum sheaths, K=2kg/mm ².
5. The allowable peak lateral pressure P when the cable is bent
P=T/R≤500(kg/m), where T represents the axial traction force and R is the bending radius.
