On October 23rd, a research activity on the "Cross-industry development Model of industry, finance and Trade" by Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress deputies was held at Bendakang Group in Pingshan New District. Deputy Director Yu Ning of the Election, Liaison and Appointment Working Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and dozens of municipal People's Congress deputies including Zeng Mai and MAO Yuqin participated in this event. Hou Shaofan, a municipal People's Congress deputy and the chairman of Bendakang Group, personally received them throughout the event.

During the break of the representatives' visit, Chairman Hou Shaofan was interviewed by a reporter from Shenzhen TV's Urban Channel's "Law Observing the World". When talking about the original intention of holding this event, Chairman Hou Shaofan said, "At that time, the initiating representatives extended an invitation within the circle of municipal people's congress representatives.
