The intermediate joint in the fusion welding mode does not require a dedicated crimping tool, eliminating the risk of loose conductor connection and high contact resistance caused by mismatched crimping molds. The contact points of the conductors adopt exothermic welding technology, featuring equal diameter, low resistance and high strength of conductor connection characteristics, which can meet the requirements of withstanding instantaneous fault current impact.
In addition, the fusion splicing mode intermediate joint can restore the original structure of the cable body, and the cable with no moving interface is fused together, thereby eliminating the interface effect. The joint body and each layer of the cable body are fused together to form a whole, eliminating the interface and inherently having an internal waterproof property.
