发黄通常的几个原因是:
1、锡炉温度过高，流动性大，导致镀层针孔过大，铜锡渗透快
2、锡层太薄，铜锡渗透快
3、助焊剂卤素残留物过多，铜表面酸洗不够彻底
4、包装时间太快，热量未散、锡炉杂质过多
5. 铜材品质不过关，杂子太多
因为温度影响原子活动快慢，所以热天比冷天发黄快
此问题处理如下:
1.模具孔径>线经+0.02mm(目的很简单不能镀层太薄);
2.生产后放置2小时左右再包装即可(目的:内部散热）
3.购买好的助焊剂，配好助焊剂浓度，主要是助焊剂影响镀锡品质;
4.挑选更好的无氧铜丝;
