Computer and instrument cables

Computer and instrument cables are suitable for electronic computer and automation connection power supply with a rated voltage of 500V or less and high requirements for anti-interference. They are mainly used for signal transmission in electronic computer systems, monitoring circuits, and automatic control systems, as well as for connection of detection instruments and meters. Armored cables can withstand relatively large mechanical external forces in places such as indoor laying, cable trenches, and pipelines where electrostatic shielding is required.

The main feature of flame-retardant cables is that they are not easy to catch fire or, if they do, the flame spread is only limited to a certain range. They are suitable for occasions with high requirements for flame-retardant performance.

The main feature of fire-resistant cables is that they can not only transmit electricity under normal working conditions but also maintain normal operation for a certain period of time when on fire. They are suitable for occasions where fire resistance properties are required.

Halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cables are characterized by not only flame retardant performance but also low smoke emission and harmlessness (with relatively low toxicity and corrosiveness). They are suitable for applications where there are special requirements for flame retardancy, smoke density, and toxicity index of wires (cables), such as subways, tunnels, nuclear power plants, etc.

阻燃型：

根据GB/T19666标准规定，阻燃型电缆在普通型号前加ZA、ZB、ZC、ZD。无卤低烟阻燃型电缆型号在前加上WDZA、WDZB、WDZC、WDZD。

耐火型：

根据GB/T19666标准规定，阻燃型电缆在普通型号前加N。无卤低烟阻燃耐火型电缆型号在前加上WDZN。

1、额定电压U0/U为300/500V。

2、电缆导体的长期允许工作温度不超过70℃。

3、电缆敷设温度应不低于0℃，推荐的允许弯曲半径如下：

     无铠装层的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。

     有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆，应不小于电缆外径的12倍。有屏蔽层结构的软电缆，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
