Computer and instrument cables are suitable for electronic computer and automation connection power supply with a rated voltage of 500V or less and high requirements for anti-interference. They are mainly used for signal transmission in electronic computer systems, monitoring circuits, and automatic control systems, as well as for connection of detection instruments and meters. Armored cables can withstand relatively large mechanical external forces in places such as indoor laying, cable trenches, and pipelines where electrostatic shielding is required.
The main feature of flame-retardant cables is that they are not easy to catch fire or, if they do, the flame spread is only limited to a certain range. They are suitable for occasions with high requirements for flame-retardant performance.
The main feature of fire-resistant cables is that they can not only transmit electricity under normal working conditions but also maintain normal operation for a certain period of time when on fire. They are suitable for occasions where fire resistance properties are required.
Halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cables are characterized by not only flame retardant performance but also low smoke emission and harmlessness (with relatively low toxicity and corrosiveness). They are suitable for applications where there are special requirements for flame retardancy, smoke density, and toxicity index of wires (cables), such as subways, tunnels, nuclear power plants, etc.

DJYPVP - Polyethylene insulated twisted-pair copper wire braided partial shielding and total shielding polyvinyl chloride sheathed computer cable
Flame-retardant type
According to the GB/T19666 standard, flame-retardant cables should have ZA, ZB, ZC, and ZD added before the common model. The model of halogen-free, low smoke and flame-retardant cables should be preceded by WDZA, WDZB, WDZC or WDZD.
Refractory type
According to the GB/T19666 standard, for flame-retardant cables, "N" is added before the common model. The model of halogen-free, low smoke, flame-retardant and fire-resistant cables should be preceded by "WDZN".
The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V.
The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 70℃.
3. The temperature for cable laying should not be lower than 0℃. The recommended allowable bending radii are as follows
For cables without armor layer, it should be no less than six times the outer diameter of the cable.
For cables with armored or copper tape shielding structures, it should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. For flexible cables with a shielding layer structure, it should be no less than six times the outer diameter of the cable.
