Polyvinyl chloride insulated cable

Polyvinyl chloride insulated power cables feature excellent electrical performance and chemical stability, with a simple structure and convenient use. This product is suitable for transmission and distribution lines with an AC rated voltage of U0/U of 0.6/1kV and below.

The main feature of flame-retardant power cables is that they are not prone to catching fire or, if they do, the ignition is limited to a certain range. They are suitable for places with a high density of cable laying, such as power stations, subways, tunnels, high-rise buildings, large industrial and mining enterprises, oil fields, and coal mines.

The main feature of fire-resistant power cables is that they can not only transmit electricity under normal working conditions but also maintain normal operation for a certain period of time when on fire. They are suitable for places related to fire safety and fire rescue, such as nuclear power plants, subways, tunnels, and high-rise buildings.

Flame-retardant type

According to the GB/T19666 standard, flame-retardant cables should have ZA, ZB, ZC, and ZD added before the common model.

The rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1kV.

The operating temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 70℃.

3. When a short circuit occurs (with the longest duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 160℃.

4. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0℃, and the minimum bending radius is as follows

Single-core cables: When installing unarmored cables, the bending radius shall not be less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable; when installing armored cables, the bending radius shall not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Multi-core cables: When installing unarmored cables, the bending radius shall not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable; when installing armored cables, the bending radius shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
