1. Product Introduction

It is applicable to the series connection between photovoltaic modules on the DC side of photovoltaic power generation systems, the parallel connection between strings and between strings and combiner boxes, and the connection between combiner boxes and inverters. It can also be used for the connection between inverters and transmission grids.

Product features

Photovoltaic cables need to be exposed outdoors for a long time and are subject to complex and changeable climatic conditions, such as high and low temperatures, ultraviolet radiation, humidity, and chemical corrosion. In terms of materials, special weather-resistant materials have been selected, featuring excellent temperature resistance. They can operate stably within a temperature range of -40℃ to +120℃ or even wider, effectively resisting ultraviolet aging while meeting the environmental protection requirements of halogen-free flame retardancy. Through a series of rigorous tests such as damp heat and salt spray, it ensures that the cable can have a stable operating life of more than 25 years, providing a highly reliable power transmission solution for large-scale photovoltaic power stations around the world.

In terms of design, the cable conductors are tin-plated. This design approach effectively prevents oxidation, enhances solderability, increases electrical conductivity, and improves corrosion resistance. These innovative products have been successfully applied to numerous benchmark photovoltaic power station projects both at home and abroad, and have passed the German TUV certification.
